The Cowboy baseball team, winners of their last four games and 6-3 overall, are ranked No. 24 in Collegiate Baseball's most recent poll. The Pokes will travel to Waco, Texas, this weekend to open Big 12 play against No. 7 Baylor.
Oklahoma State OF-DH Roy York of Stroud, Okla., was named the Phillips 66 Big 12 Conference Baseball Player of the Week by a select panel of media covering Big 12 baseball for games played Feb. 14-20.
York led the Cowboys to a 3-0 week with several clutch hits. His three-run homer in the first inning led OSU to a 15-4 win over Kansas State in the San Diego Baseball Showcase last Friday, and he also cracked a base-clearing, three-run double to break a 2-2 tie and lead the Cowboys to a 7-3 win over their Big Ten opponent, Indiana, last Saturday.
He also batted .583 (7-for-12), drove in nine runs for the three contests, had a pair of doubles, homered, and posted a 1.000 slugging percentage for Oklahoma State.
Men's Basketball (22-3, 11-2 Big 12)

Two of the Big 12's top teams clash Saturday afternoon when Oklahoma State and Iowa State meet in Ames at 3 p.m. Saturday's contest is crucial for both the Cowboys and Cyclones who are both vying for the Big 12 Championship.
Desmond Mason had 25 points and nine rebounds as Oklahoma State held off a furious late rally by Missouri for an 84-72 victory Monday night in Columbia, Mo.
Brian Montonati added 16 points and 11 rebounds for the Cowboys who have won eight of nine and moved into first place in the conference. Oklahoma State overcame a season-high 24 turnovers.
Oklahoma State also handed Nebraska a 94-56 loss, its worst lost of the season last Saturday night in Stillwater. Montonati scored 22 points and pulled down 12 rebounds in the lopsided victory.
Women's Basketball (13-12, 5-8 Big 12)

Oklahoma State will travel to Lincoln, Neb., this Tuesday, Feb. 22, for a contest with the Nebraska Huskers. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. in the Devaney Sports Center.
OSU is 13-12 overall, 5-8 in Big 12 Conference action after an 80-66 win over Texas A&M Saturday in Gallagher-Iba Arena. NU is 13-11 overall, 7-6 in league play after an 82-71 victory over Baylor in Waco on Saturday.
On Saturday, Feb. 26, the Cowgirls will host the Texas Tech Lady Raiders (21-3, 10-3) at 7 p.m. It will be the final home game in Gallagher-Iba Arena, as construction during the offseason will complete the renovations for next season. It will also be the final home game for senior Jennifer Crow.
On Wednesday, March 1, the Cowgirls will travel to Norman, Okla., for the final game of the regular season, a contest with the Oklahoma Sooners (20-6, 10-3).
Equestrian

West Texas A&M Hunt Seat Show - 1st/6
Sixteen members of the Oklahoma State Cowgirl Equestrian team qualified to compete in the regional show on March 4 at the Animal Science Arena in Stillwater. The Cowgirls do not compete again until that tournament.
Each qualifier can compete in multiple classes, and Oklahoma State's 16 qualifiers will account for 21 rides. There will be a total of 47 rides in the show, with the remaining eight schools in the region accounting for 26 rides.
The Zone 7, Region 2 Show will begin with the hunt seat classes at 8:00 a.m., with the western classes beginning at approximately noon. Admission to the show is free, and concession stands will be available. Oklahoma State's Cowgirl equestrian team also won two out of three hunt seat shows last weekend at the West Texas A&M Hunt Seat Show to win high point honors in the region.
Oklahoma State won the Friday afternoon show and the second show on Saturday to score 103 team points on the weekend, just one point ahead of Texas A&M. The Cowgirls finished second behind Texas A&M in the Saturday morning show.
Men's Golf

The third-ranked Cowboy golf team opens its spring schedule in the John Burns Invitational starting Wednesday and lasting through Friday. Oklahoma State's golfers will tackle the Kaneohe Klipper golf course in Honolulu, Hawaii, in their first action since finishing ninth at Palmetto Dunes on November 7, 1999.

Oklahoma State's softball team picked up two more wins Sunday afternoon in the Southwest Missouri State Tournament, defeating Drake, 6-2, before shutting out the SMS Bears, 3-0. The Cowgirls also defeated both Drake and SMS on Saturday by the same 8-0 score.
Oklahoma State (10-2) will travel to St. George, Utah, this weekend for five games in the Utah/St. George Tournament. The Cowgirls will open up with Brigham Young on Friday at 1 p.m. CST, followed by a 3 p.m. contest with Utah State.
Women's Tennis (1-1, 0-1 Big 12)

Lost vs. Texas, 9-0
The Cowgirls hope rebound from their first loss of the season when they return to action Feb. 27 against conference rival Texas Tech in Lubbock.
The Oklahoma State women's tennis team suffered a 9-0 setback to the No. 8 Texas Longhorns at Oak Tree Racquet Club in Edmond on Saturday.
The win extended Texas' conference winning streak to 100 matches and moved the Longhorns record to 3-0 overall and 3-0 in conference action. The Cowgirls fell to 1-1 overall and 0-1 in Big 12 play.
Indoor Track and Field

Both the men's and women's indoor track teams will compete in the Big 12 Indoor Championships this Friday and Saturday in Ames, Iowa.
Senior Cowboy Chuck Sloan holds the best 3000 meter time in Big 12 indoor action this season, and he will be one of Oklahoma State's best hopes to bring home a Big 12 title.
Wrestling (12-5-1 Overall, 3-1-1 Big 12)

The Pokes will have two weeks off to regroup and prepare for the Big 12 Championships on Sunday, March 5, in Lincoln, Neb. after suffering a shocking 21-10 loss at the hands of the Michigan State on Sunday
The Spartans broke an 18-match losing streak to the Cowboys which dated back to the 1973-74 season. The win improved Michigan State's record to 10-4-1 on the season, Oklahoma State finished its duel season 12-5-1 and 3-1-1 in Big 12 action.
