Softball Conference Opener Cancelled

STILLWATER, Okla. - Oklahoma State's conference opener with Kansas was cancelled due to inclement weather Saturday afternoon. The doubleheader will not be made up.

Several attempts were made to remove the tarp from the field, but intermittent showers and the field conditions forced the cancellation of the games.

Oklahoma State (13-13) is scheduled to host the Missouri Tigers on Sunday in a doubleheader starting at noon. Mizzou (24-12) lost to the Oklahoma Sooners, 1-0, Saturday afternoon before the second game of that series was also cancelled.
