Scott Parker is in his 17th year at OSU and 2024 marks his eighth season as the head football athletic trainer. His entire OSU tenure has been spent with the football team, serving as an assistant athletic trainer from 2008-17 before being promoted.

Prior to his arrival at OSU, Parker spent 2005-08 at Southeast Missouri State, working with its football, basketball and baseball programs. He also spent two years at Syracuse, where he received his master’s degree in exercise science in 2005 while working as a graduate assistant. A native of Overland Park, Kansas, Parker received his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology/athletic training from Kansas State in 2002. He is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and licensed in the state of Oklahoma. Parker, and his wife, Tiffany, live in Stillwater with their two daughters, Kinsey and Reagan.
