STILLWATER — The Oklahoma State men's golf team travels to Atlanta for the East Lake Cup at East Lake Golf Club, where play begins on Monday.
The 12th annual East Lake Cup runs Oct. 26-28 at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Ga., with Arizona, Auburn, Oklahoma State and UCLA in the men's field. All four teams reached the semifinals of the 2026 NCAA Championship.
The format follows the NCAA Championship, with a stroke-play round that crowns an individual champion and seeds two days of match play.
The draw sets up a possible rematch with Auburn. The top-seeded Tigers swept the Cowboys 5-0 in the NCAA semifinals before beating UCLA for the national title.
Head coach Alan Bratton's lineup consists of fifth-year senior John Wild, seniors Eric Lee, Gaven Lane and Preston Stout as well as junior Filip Fahlberg-Johnsson to round out the five.
The Cowboys opened the season with a 28-shot win at the Sahalee Players Championship over then-No. 1 Florida, OSU's largest margin of victory since the stroke play rounds at the 2019 NCAA Championship.
The Pokes won their second tournament of the season in Salt Lake City, sweeping pool play and then defeating West Virginia in a playoff to share the Big 12 Match Play title with Arizona State. Oklahoma State was the only team to finish 4-0 and made a field-high 71 birdies.
This will be Oklahoma State's fourth East Lake Cup appearance and its first since 2021. They finished fourth in their 2018 debut, when All-American Viktor Hovland won the individual title with a 4-under 68.
The East Lake Cup will be live on Golf Channel Monday through Wednesday from 2-5 p.m.
