2020 Cross Country
Raced in five of the Cowgirls’ six meets in the unique 2020 season… submitted a pair of top-50 finishes on the year… her 22:42.3 pace, which earned her 23rd place at the FSU Winter Classic, was her fastest of the season.
2019 Cross Country
Competed in five meets and earned team points in each… finished second at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 20:08.5 to help the Cowgirls capture the team title… was also second at the NCAA Midwest Regional, coming in at 20:28.0… crossed the finish line 18th at the NCAA Championships (20:30.0).

2019 Outdoors
Ran four individual races and competed in one relay for the Pokes during the outdoor season… Set a new personal-best time in the 1,500 meters in a fourth-place finish at the Arkansas Spring Invitational… Was a member of the champion 4x1600 meter relay team at the Drake Relays… Earned All-Big 12 honors with a third-place finish in the 10,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships… Ended her season competing in the 10,000 meters at the NCAA West Regional.

2019 Indoors
Ran in five races during her second indoor season for the Cowgirls… Ran a personal-best 4:52.95 in the mile to finish as the runner-up at the Razorback Invitational… Claimed All-Big 12 honors in the 5,000 meters with a sixth-place finish and the 3,000 meters with a fifth-place finish.

Competed five times for OSU and scored points in all five … Turned in a top-20 performance at the Arturo Barrios Invitational… Ran a season-best time at the Big 12 Championships to earn her first career all-conference honors with a 9th place finish… Finished in the top-25 at the NCAA Midwest Regional to help the Cowgirls earn an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships… Helped lead the Cowgirls to a 19th-place team finish at the NCAA Championships.
