2022 Cross CountryÂ
Became a perennial scorer for the Cowgirls in the 2022 campaign, as she contributed points in each race she participated in… Started the season with the Cowboy Jamboree, where she picked up a 12th-place finish against a loaded field… She rode that momentum into the postseason, where she picked up All-Big 12 for the third straight year, while finishing in the top 10 for the third time in as many years… Earned All-Midwest Region honors for the second time with her 17th-place finish… Picked up her fastest time of the year at the Greiner Family Course in the NCAA Cross Country Championships, tabbing a 20:19.3 finish… She was the third or fourth highest Cowgirl finisher in all four races she competed in.

2022 Outdoors
Made the most of her three appearances during the 2022 outdoor season... She secured her second career and first outdoor Big 12 Championship in the 10,000 Meters, taking the lead on the first lap and never looking back... Her time advanced her to the NCAA West Prelims, where her seventh-place time of 33:46.67 earned her a second straight ticket to the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Ore... Entering the final with the 46th-fastest time in the country, Hentemann battled through a loaded 10,000 Meter field to finish sixth and earn her first first-team All-America honor as she shattered her personal best with a time of 33:18.04, which ranks fourth in program history.

2022 Indoors
Competed four times during the indoor season for OSU... Kicked off her campaign at the Razorback Invitational, finishing second in the 3,000 Meters with a time of 9:04.34, which is third in program history and just six seconds off of teammate Taylor Roe’s school record... Her second of two regular season races ended in a school record as her 5,000 Meter time of 15:45.44 at the Husky Classic took down Jackie Goodman’s 33-year-old program record by over seven seconds... Returned for the Big 12 Championships, where she competed in both the 3,000 and 5,000 Meters, scoring 14 of OSU’s 123 points individually, which ranked second on the team behind Roe.

Continued her run as one of the most dependable finishers on the cross country team in 2021... Opened her season with an impressive second-place finish at the loaded Cowboy Jamboree in Stillwater, with her time of 20:36.8 clocking as the 23rd-fastest time in the history of the course... Followed her performance into the postseason, collecting All-Big 12 and All-Region honors with her seventh and eighth-place finishes at the two meets, helping the Cowgirls to a Big 12 title and NCAA Championship berth... Ran a season-best time of 20:13.3 at the NCAA Championships to finish as the second-best scorer on a top-25 Cowgirl squad.

Shined as a distance standout for the Cowgirls in her debut outdoor track and field season… kicked things off in 2021 outdoor competition by racing as a part of the winning Cowgirl 4x1600 meter relay at the Drake Relays, extending Dave Smith’s streak of consistent success in the women’s relays at the event… placed eighth in the 5,000 meters on a solo trip to the OSU High Performance Meet in Corvallis, Oregon… submitted a runner-up performance in the Big 12 Outdoor Track and Field Championship 5,000 meters… punched her ticket to Eugene, Oregon for the 5,000 meter title race with a career best 16:00.49 pace… was named an Honorable Mention All-American after her 24th-place finish in the NCAA Championships 5,000 meters.

Performed well during the 2020 cross country and indoor track and field season overlap… tabbed a third-place finish in the mile at the Woo Pig Classic… contributed to the Cowgirls’ fourth-place performance in the DMR at the Tyson Invitational… earned a pair of All-Big 12 honors and a Big 12 title at the conference championship thanks to a runner-up relay finish in the DMR and a winning performance in the 3,000 meters.

Raced in all six of the Cowgirls cross country competitions… contributed to Oklahoma State’s score in all but one of those races… finished in third overall at the Cowboy Jamboree… came in 12th overall at the OSU Invitational… turned in a third-place finish at the Big 12 Cross Country Championships... put up an 11th-place performance at the FSU Winter Classic in a lifetime best 6K finish: 20:38.4… earned the runner-up finish at the OSU Winter Open.
