2021 Outdoors
Had a certifiable breakout year in her first outdoor season with the Cowgirlsโฆ raced primarily in the 200 meters and 400 meters and was frequently featured in the Cowgirlsโ 4x100 and 4x400 meter relay unitsโฆ recorded 13 total top-five performances in open and relay events in 2021, including four event wins: one in the open 400 meters and three as a member of the 4x400 meter relayโฆ tabbed the fifth and sixth All-Big 12 honors of her collegiate career with conference podium finishes in both the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relayโฆ proved to be a clutch anchor leg in the 4x400 meter relay unit that earned a trip to the NCAA Championships thanks to a school-record pace at the NCAA West Preliminary Championshipsโฆ anchored the first Oklahoma State womenโs 4x400 meter relay team to compete at the NCAA Championships and picked up the second All-America honors of her career on account of the Cowgirlsโ 14th-place finish.

2021 Indoors
Started the season well as the second leg of the Cowgirl DMR that placed fourth at the Tyson Invitationalโฆ posted a pair of All-Big 12 performances at the Big 12 Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 400 and as a member of the Cowgirl 4x400 meter relayโฆ represented Oklahoma State on the national stage at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships as a member of the fourth-place Cowgirl DMR; earned the first All-America honors of her career in the process.

2020 Indoors
Competed in the 200m, 400m, 600 yards, 4x400m relay and DMRโฆ earned three top-five finishes in the 400m โ fourth with a 55.95 at the Arkansas Invitational, fourth with a 54.78 at the Alex Wilson Invitational and fifth at the Razorback Invitational with a 54.91โฆ ran a personal best of 54.46 in the 400m at the Texas Tech Shootout, which was the third-fastest 400m time in program historyโฆ was on the 4x400m relay team at the Texas Tech Shootout that set a school record with a time of 3:39.06โฆ was also on 4x400 relay teams that turned in the second- and third-fastest times in program history.

Competed at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma for two yearsโฆ Indoor 2018 All Summit League in 400m and 4x400m relayโฆ Outdoor 2018 All Summit League in 400m and 4x400m relayโฆ 2019 Indoor Conference Champion in 4x400m relay, 400mโฆ 2019 Outdoor Conference Champion in 400m and 4x400m and 4x100m relays.
