2023 Outdoors
Competed in a whopping eight meets during the outdoor season, including two full Heptathlons… Broke her own school record in the Heptathlon at the Jim Click Invitational, taking home the meet victory… Won the individual Long Jump and finished second at the John Jacobs Invitational… Broke her second school record of the season at the Big 12 Championships, jumping 6.39 meters in the Long Jump which earned her All-Big 12 honors… She also earned All-Big 12 honors in the Javelin Throw… Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the Heptathlon, earning second team All-America honors for the second straight season.
2023 Indoors
Solidified herself as one of the top Multis in the conference and a valuable point scorer for the Cowgirls… Competed in her first full Pentathlon of the season at the Razorback Invitational, taking second-place overall… Was arguably the MVP of the Cowgirls’ first conference title-winning team, scoring 21 points between the Pentathlon (2nd), Long Jump (2nd) and High Jump (4th)… In the process, she set new school records in both the Pentathlon (4,136 points) and Long Jump (6.25 meters).
2022 Outdoors
Golden had perhaps the busiest outdoor campaign of any Cowgirl during the 2022 season, completing four separate Heptathlons to go alongside the meets where she competed in individual events... After a disappointing run at the Jim Click Shootout, she bounced back with a dominant victory in the Heptathlon at the Sooner Invitational on April 15, at the time breaking the school record in the event with 5,525 points... After a couple weekends of individual events, Golden returned for the Big 12 Championships, where she shattered her own school record with 5,802 points on her way to a third-place finish. Her score also guaranteed her a spot at the NCAA Championships, becoming the first Cowgirl to ever qualify for outdoor NCAAs in the Heptathlon... At the NCAA Championships, Golden competed alongside some of the best athletes in the country and earned her first national honor as a second-team All-American after scoring 5,415 points.
2022 Indoors
Competed in four regular season meets before traveling to the Big 12 Championships... Focused on multiple individual events before competing in her first Pentathlon of the season at the Razorback Invitational, where she cracked 4,000 points for the first time and earned a fourth-place finish... After participating in the Texas Tech Shootout, she came back with her second Pent of the season at the conference meet, finishing with her second consecutive All-Big 12 honor in the event and doubling her efforts with another All-Big 12 finish in the High Jump the next day to round out her 2022 indoor campaign.
2021 Outdoors
Spent the first half of her 2021 outdoor season specializing in individual events before putting it all together in the heptathlon in the latter half… tabbed a seventh-place finish in the high jump at the Texas Relays… recorded a trio of top-ten performances at the Baylor Invitational: sixth in the long jump (5.66m/18-7), third in the high jump (1.71m/5-7.25) and seventh in the 100 meter hurdles (14.17)… earned the first event win of her collegiate career in the heptathlon at the Sooner Invite, in which she placed no lower than eighth in any individual event in a field of a dozen competitors… recorded a lifetime best in the javelin throw at the Texas Invitational: a 41.06/134-8 throw that earned her the fourth-place finish… won the Arkansas Twilight high jump with a clearance at 1.70m/5-7… broke the program record in the heptathlon on her way to an All-Big 12 finish at the 2021 Outdoor Track and Field Championships; her 5,513 point finish placed her sixth on the conference podium.
2021 Indoors
Competed in each of the four meets that Oklahoma State competed in as a team… tabbed top-10 finishes in both the high jump and shot put at the Wooo Pig Classic… bested her own school record in the pentathlon at the Big 12 Indoor Track and Field Championships with a 3,891 performance, which earned her the conference silver medal.
2020 Indoors
Competed in the high jump, 60m hurdles, long jump, shot put, 600 yards and pentathlon… finished fifth at the Big 12 Championships in the pentathlon with 3,768 points… best events were the high jump and shot put, where she finished fifth… was also sixth in the long jump, seventh in the 800m and eighth in the 60m hurdles… posted a personal best and set a school record with 3,806 points in the pentathlon at the Razorback Invitational to finish ninth… finished second in the high jump (1.60m) at the Arkansas Qualifier… time of 8.81 in the 60m hurdles at the Big 12 Championships was the third best in program history.
2019 Indoors
Competed ten times in her debut season for the Cowgirls… Tied for runner-up in the high jump at the Bob Timmons Challenge to open her season… Placed second in the high jump at the Sooner Challenge… Finished seventh place in her first pentathlon at the Razorback Invitational, highlighted by a personal best jump of 1.75m/5-8.75 to place fourth in the pentathlon high jump… Competed at the Big 12 Championships for the first time in her career and finished tenth place in the pentathlon.

Attended Choctaw High School in Choctaw, Okla… Named to the All-City team for track and basketball… Earned All-State honors for track and basketball.
