2013 Outdoor 1,500 meters
2013 Outdoors: Turned in his first career All-Big 12 performance in the 1,500 meters, finishing in seventh, with a time of 3:50.38, right behind his teamate, Raul Botezan ... Took third place in the 800 meters at the Tulsa Duels, with a time of 1:56.30 ... Ran the 1,500 meters in 3:52.51 at the John McDonnell Invite--good enough for eighth place.
2013 Indoors: Competed in the 3,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships, clocking a personal-best 8:20.29 to place 18th ... Ran the 1,000 meters in 2:31.19 at the Wildcat Invitational and the mile in 4:10.27 at the Razorback Invitational.
2012 Cross Country: Suited up for one race and clocked a 20:36 in the four-mile Hurricane Festival to take fourth place.
2012 Outdoors: Ran a personal best in the 5,000 meters of 14:40.45 at the Big 12 Championships ... Also competed in the 1,500 meters at the conference meet, running a 3:51.29 in the preliminary race ... Season-best 1,500-meter time of 3:50.19 came at the John McDonnell Invitational, which was good for seventh place ... Other 1,500-meter times were 3:50.91 at the Arkansas Twilight and 3:52.17 at the Stanford Invitational.
2012 Indoors: Posted a season-best 4:15.74 in the mile run in the preliminaries of the Big 12 Championships ... Clocked a time of 8:28.31 in the 3,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships to finish 34th ... Placed fifth at the KSU All-Comers Meet after running a 4:19.29 mile ... Ran the 3,000 meters in 8:26.38 at the Tyson Invitational to place 14th ... Ran the mile in 4:17.86 at the Razorback Invitational to earn 19th place.
2011 Cross Country: Did not compete.
High School: Two-time Irish schools track and field 1,500 meter senior champion ... Placed fourth in the Irish schools senior cross country competition ... Won the Irish National Junior 1,500 meter run.
