Former Cowboy Tyler Caron continues his involvement with the Oklahoma State program as a graduate assistant.
Caron assists head coach Steve Lutz and staff with a variety of day-to-day responsibilities related to operations, scouting and player development.
The Longwood, Texas native appeared in seven games for the Pokes during the 2024-25 campaign before suffering a season-ending knee injury.
Prior to that, Caron was an all-conference forward and 1,000-point scorer at NCAA Division II St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.
The 6-foot-8 Caron finished as the school’s career leader in three-point field goals (179), breaking a mark that had stood for 26 years.
Caron graduated from St. Mary’s in the spring of 2024 with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and plans to pursue a graduate certificate from OSU in Rec Management.
