Andrew Lee joined Oklahoma State as an assistant director of player personnel in January of 2026.

He came to OSU from Tulsa, where he worked in the same role for the 2025 season.

Prior to that, Lee worked from 2022-24 as a student assistant at Oklahoma and graduated from there with a degree in sports management.
