An honorable mention All-Big 12 selection by the league’s head coaches ... Started the final 12 games of the season at right guard after missing the first two with an injury ... OSU’s coaches credited him with 10 pancake blocks and 32 knockdowns on the year ... Named OSU’s Co-Offensive Player of the Week after the win at Boise State ... OSU’s coaching staff credited him with 30 knockdown blocks on the season to mark the second most on the team, including a season-high six against TCU and five against Miami in the Cheez-It Bowl ... Anchored an offensive line that scored 1,188 points over his last two seasons, which included a 659-point year during his senior campaign in 2017 ... Helped Tuscola win 45 games during his four-year high school career, including a 14-1 mark in 2017 ... Lost only six games as a high school competitor, three of which came during his freshman season when Tuscola went 10-3 ... Competed in the Illinois state playoffs all four years, including advancing to the quarterfinals in 2016 and finishing as a state finalist in Illinois’ Class 1A in 2017 ...
