2019 (Freshman): Honored by the OSU coaches with the team’s outstanding walk-on award ... Saw action against McNeese but did not record any statistics.
2018: Football redshirt who did not see any game action … Joined the Cowboy basketball program following open walk-on tryouts on Jan. 17 … Saw action in two basketball games, against Texas Tech on Feb. 13 and at Kansas State on Feb. 23 … Credited with a rebound against Texas Tech and put up three three-point field goal attempts in three minutes of action against K-State.
High School: Played for coach Warren Kirk at Jay … One of the best athletes on the field during his high school days who finished his career with more than 3,000 passing yards, 700 rushing yards and 30 total touchdowns on offense while getting more than 80 tackles and recording eight interceptions on defense … Also a standout basketball and baseball player … Earned district MVP honors in football, named all-conference in basketball and named the district pitcher of the year in baseball … Named to the academic all-state team … Actively involved in FCA, Indian Club, STUCO, Hospital Board and Bank Board.
