Prior to OSU
Transferred to OSU from Western Colorado, where she was a multi-time All-Conference honoree in the Pole Vault, coming in with a personal best of 3.90 meters.

2024 Indoors
Competed five times during her first indoor season in the orange and black… Placed fifth in her first meet, clearing a bar of 3.79 meters at the Arkansas Invitational… Exploded with a big personal best at the Razorback Invitational two weeks later, clearing 3.98 meters for the first time in her career… At the Eagle Elite Invitational in Boston, Smith cleared four meters for the first time, clearing 4.02m for a fifth-place finish, her mark becoming the second-best clearance in program history.
