Los Angeles native averaged 8.9 points as a freshman at LSU… Nickname is “VJ”… Comes from a famous family. His father, Vyshonn Miller, is rapper "Silkk the Shocker" and uncle, Percy Miller, is better known as "Master P."... Describes himself as a versatile combo guard who can score at all three levels and is "falling in love with defending."

Appeared in 25 games as a true freshman, averaging 8.9 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 19.0 minutes… Scored at least 15 points in seven of the Tigers’ 13 non-conference games but was limited by ankle injuries over the final six weeks of the season, missing seven games over two separate stints… Scored a season-high 20 points against Mississippi Valley State on Dec. 29 and had 15 and 16, respectively, in November wins over Big 12 squads Kansas State and UCF… Best SEC outing came in late February when he put up 17 points on 6-of-11 shooting against Elite Eight-bound Tennessee.

Spent two years at Arizona Compass Prep (2022-24) after playing his sophomore season (2021-22) at Crean Lutheran High School (Irvine, Calif.) … A consensus four-star recruit, ranked 60th in the Class of 2024 by 247Sports Composite… Helped Compass to a 27-6 record and a spot in the 2024 Chipotle Nationals, scoring 18 points in the team’s quarterfinal round game… Averaged 11.5 points and 1.7 steals in EYBL Nike Scholastic League play while shooting 41.4% from three-point range… At Crean Lutheran, averaged 20 points, five rebounds and four assists to help his team to the CIF Southern Section Open Division Playoffs… One of 46 players invited to New Orleans to participate in the USA Basketball Men’s Junior National Team minicamp in April 2022.
