2018-19 (Freshman Season)
• Game-by-Game Stats
• Joined the Cowboy basketball program following the walk-on tryouts on Jan. 17 and first suited up for the game against Kansas State on Feb. 2.
• Was an integral member of the scout team that helped the Cowboys train following the dismissal of four players in January of 2019.
• Played three minutes and attempted three 3-pointers at Kansas State.
• Appeared in his first game in a Cowboy uniform against Texas Tech.
• A member of the Cherokee Nation, Simpson is one of three Cowboys that celebrates his Native American heritage, joining Lindy Waters (Kiowa/Cherokee) and J.K. Hadlock (Osage).
