2016: Played in 53 games and started 51, all of those in center field … hit three home runs in a four-game stretch against Indiana State, Wichita State and Kansas State ... had a season-high three hits and two RBIs against Prairie View A&M (5/6) ... delivered a solo home run in the third inning of the first game of the Columbia Super Regional at South Carolina (6/11) to give OSU 1-0 lead ... recorded 81 putouts on the season and did not commit an error ... earned Academic All-Big 12 Second Team accolades.
2015: Named to the All-Big 12 Second Team as an outfielder … played in 50 games with 44 starts … started 23 games in center field, 16 in left field and five at DH ... posted the longest hitting streak by a Cowboy on the season, one that stretched 14 games … recorded 10 multi-hit and six multi-RBI efforts … led team with 14 doubles and tied for lead with six home runs … finished second on the Cowboys with a .309 batting average … led the Big 12 with a .403 batting average and .710 slugging percentage in conference-only games … five of his six homers and 10 of his 22 RBIs on the season came in league play … was twice named Big 12 Player of the Week — on 3/30 following a week in which he went 8-for-12 with two doubles, a homer and three RBIs in four games and again on 4/27 after leading OSU to series wins over Texas Tech and Baylor and a dramatic victory over Dallas Baptist by going 8-for-20 with three homers, five RBIs and 17 total bases in six games … had a career day against Kansas State (3/28) as he set a career high with four hits and slugged his first-career homer … finished the three-game series against the Wildcats 7-for-9 at the plate with 11 total bases … delivered a three-run, walk-off home run with two outs in the bottom of the 10th inning to beat 15th-ranked Dallas Baptist (4/21) … his three RBIs against the Patriots were a career high.
2014: Appeared in 35 games, starting 14 ... had four-multi-hit games ... recorded first hit of career against Oakland (2/22), an RBI infield single ... collected career-high three hits in five at-bats against TCU (3/30) ... also had two-hit efforts against Texas-Pan American (3/15), Missouri State (3/18) and Baylor (3/23).
HIGH SCHOOL: Hit .407 with five home runs and 39 RBIs as a senior … was named the District 3-4A Co-Player of the Year … led Amarillo High School to district title and regional quarterfinals … 2013 All-Texas Region honorable mention by Perfect Game … combined to hit .405 with 67 RBIs and 31 stolen bases in his sophomore and junior seasons … as a junior hit .381 and was a first-team all-district selection … was the 2010 Amarillo Globe-News Super Team Newcomer of the Year and was a 2011 Globe-News Super Team First Team Outfielder … was also an all-district performer in football as a receiver and defensive back and was also recruited in that sport … also recruited by Texas A&M, Dallas Baptist, Stephen F.
