2022: Starred as a two-way player … named to the Perfect Game/Rawlings All-America Second Team … semifinalist for the John Olerud Two-Way Player of the Year Award … became third player in OSU history to earn All-Big 12 honors at two different positions – named All-Big 12 First Team as a utility player, was All-Big 12 Second Team as a relief pitcher and collected honorable mention All-Big 12 plaudits as an infielder … played in 63 games, starting each of those … made 50 starts at third base, 10 in right field and three at DH … also made 23 appearances on the mound … led team and ranked third in the Big 12 with 19 home runs … had 20 multi-hit and 11 multi-RBI games … longest hitting streak of the season was 10 games and also reached base safely in 19 consecutive contests … OSU’s second-leading hitter in Big 12 play with a .330 batting average … eighth in the Big 12 with 144 total bases … finished second on the Cowboys with five saves, with four of those coming in conference play … went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and slugged first home run of the season vs. Wright State (2/27) … had career-high five strikeouts in two innings vs. Kansas (3/27) – he later tied both marks against Oral Roberts (4/19) … recorded first-career save at Wichita State (4/5), striking out two in one shutout inning … earned first win of career with a scoreless inning of work vs. Oklahoma (4/9) … turned in a 2-for-3, three-RBI performance in series-clinching win vs. Oklahoma (4/10) … had career-high four hits and four RBIs in series opener vs. TCU (4/22), going 4-for-5 with a homer … was 3-for-4 with a double, triple, homer and two RBIs in win at Texas (4/30) … named Big 12 Player of the Week on May 2 after leading OSU to a midweek win at Wichita State and a road series sweep of No. 6 Texas … went 5-for-15 in four games with two doubles, two homers and four RBIs … went 4-for-10 with a pair of homers and three RBIs vs. the Longhorns and also recorded saves in the series opener and finale, retiring all six batters he faced and protecting a two-run lead with perfect innings in both games … hit .444 (8-for-18) with five home runs and seven RBIs in NCAA Stillwater Regional … in win over Arkansas (6/5), was 2-for-3 and hit a two-run homer in the 10th inning before taking the mound in the bottom of the inning and earning the win with a scoreless frame … was a third-round pick of the Baltimore Orioles in June.
