2023 Outdoors
Ran four times in the 10,000 Meters during her outdoor campaign… Earned a third-place finish at the Big 12 Championships for All-Big 12 honors… Qualified for the NCAA Championships with her eighth-place finish at the NCAA West Prelims… Earned second team All-America honors in the 10,000 Meters as she finished 13th overall.
2023 Indoors
Competed in four meets during the indoor season… Set a new personal-best time of 9:19.13 in the 3,000 Meters at the Husky Classic in Washington… Scored vital points in the 5,000 Meters at the Big 12 Championships to help the Cowgirls secure their first track & field conference title.
2021 Cross Country
Ran and scored in all six races the Cowgirls competed in during the 2021 season... Finished fourth at both the Cowboy Jamboree and the Big 12 Championships on her home course... Placed seventh overall at the NCAA Midwest Regional, earning an All-Region honor in the process... Wrapped up her season as the Cowgirls’ third-best scorer with a 73rd-place finish at the NCAA Championships in Tallahassee, Fla.
2021 Outdoors
Ran four times for the Oklahoma State women’s team … got her season started with a sixth-place, 33:10.77 personal best in the 10,000 meters at the Hayward Premiere in Eugene, Oregon … Contributed to the winning Cowgirl 4x1600 unit at the Drake Relays and helped extend Dave Smith’s streak of consistent success at the event … turned in a runner-up finish in the 10,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships.
2021 Indoors
Focused mostly on cross country competition during the unique season overlap … did not compete indoors until the 2021 Big 12 Indoor Track and Field Championships … earned a pair of All-Big 12 honors with a third-place finish in the 3,000 meters (9:26.97) and a runner-up performance in the 5,000 meters (16:32.60).
2020 Cross Country
Battled a nagging injury to join her teammates in the latter half of the segmented 2020 season … raced three times in her third cross country season with OSU and scored in all three... earned the first individual win of her cross country career at the OSU Invitational … led the Cowgirls to victory over in-state rival Tulsa in the dual-style, head-to-head meet.
2019 Cross Country
Earned All-America status by finishing 16th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 20:28.2… finished third at the Big 12 Championships to help the Cowgirls claim the team title… finished sixth at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
2019 Outdoors
Ran one race for the Pokes… Finished sixth place in the 1,500 meters at the Arkansas Spring Invitational.
2019 Indoors
Ran in four races for the Cowgirls… Turned in a ninth-place finish in the mile at the Razorback Invitational… Competed in the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships for OSU and earned the first all-conference honors of her career with a 7th-place finish in the 5,000 meters.
2018 Cross Country
Competed five times for OSU… kicked off her Cowgirl career by scoring points at the Nuttycombe Invitational… turned in a top-20 finish to score points for the Pokes at the Arturo Barrios Invitational… finished one spot shy of All-Big 12 honors with a 16th-place finish at the Big 12 Championships.
High School
Attended Shawnee Mission Northwest... Won the Kansas Gatorade Runner of the Year award for cross country in 2016… Was the state champion eight times.
