2018 Outdoors: Kicked off her season with a new personal record in the 800 meters when she ran a 2:07.55 at the Stanford Invitational… Also ran a 4:20.64 in the 1,500 meters at the Stanford Invitational to earn a qualifying time to the NCAA West Regional… Ran in the 1,500 meters at the Big 12 Championships, finishing runner-up to earn All-Big 12 honors… Made it to the NCAA Championships after running consecutive season-bests in the 1,500 meters at the West Regional… Ran a 4:12.26 at the NCAA Championships.
2018 Indoors: Competed six times for the Cowgirls… Opened the season in the 1,000 meters at the Texas Tech Corky Classic where she finished fifth… Ran a personal-best mile time at the Husky Classic where she finished the race in 4:37.74, which was good enough to qualify for the NCAA Championships… Won her heat in the Mile prelims at the Big 12 Championships and then went on to win her third Big 12 title in the Mile… Ran at the NCAA Championships in the Mile.
2017 Cross Country: Ran in five races for OSU… Opened her season with a 19th-place finish at the Cowboy Jamboree… Had back-to-back top-10 finishes at the Penn State Open and the Big 12 Championships… Earned her fifth career All-Big 12 honor when she finished ninth at the Big 12 Championships… Came in 17th at the Midwest Regional… Ran at the NCAA Championships for the Cowgirls.
2017 Outdoors: Led the Cowgirls in four different events: 5,000 meters, 2,000-meter steeplechase, 3,000-meter steeplechase and was a part of the best Cowgirl distance medley relay team… Earned a personal best in the 5,000 meters at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships with a ninth place finish and a time of 16:56.83… Set her personal best in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Stanford Cardinal Classic with a time of 10:26.82… Won her debut race at the Tulsa Duels in the 2,000-meter steeplechase… Was a part of the winning 4X1,600 meter relay and distance medley relay teams at the Drake Relays… Made an appearance at the West Regional in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
2017 Indoors: Earned All-Conference honors and became a two-time Big 12 champion with her first place finish in the mile and in the distance medley relay… Ran a personal best at the Razorback Invitational where she ran the 3,000 meters in a time of 9:31.20… She also competed in the 800 meters at the Holiday Inn Invite where she came in second.
2016 Cross Country: Ran four times for the Cowgirls, including all three postseason meets… Finished 88th at the NCAA Championships… Earned All-Region honors when she placed 25th at the Midwest Regional… Ran at the Big 12 Championships and was the 21st person to cross the finish line… Best finish of the season came at the Penn State Open, where she finished 12th and also ran her fastest time of the season.
2016 Outdoors: Laced up three times in her first outdoor season for the Cowgirls... Ran an outdoor best in the 800 of 2:09.57 at the Arkansas Twilight.
2016 Indoors: Earned two all-Big 12 honors in her first indoor season... Took sixth in the 1,000 and fourth in the mile... Ran the sixth-best mile in school history with a personal best 4:42.17 at the Iowa State Classic...Recorded the eighth-best 800-meter time at the Razorback Invitational.
2015 Cross Country: Ran at the NCAA Championships for the first time and finished 122nd... Managed to finish in the top-15 at every race outside of the NCAA Championships including a 14th place finish at the Big 12 Championships.
2015 Outdoors: Did not compete.

2014 Cross Country: Ran four times as a freshman and qualified for the NCAA Midwest Regional... She finished with a 19:00.77 5K at the Cowboy Jamboree... Ran a 21:50.7 to finish 43rd at the Big 12 Championships.
High School: Attended McCook HS in McCook, Neb., where she also played basketball...Three-time All-Class gold medalist in the 800 meters, as well as a three-time Class B state champion in the 400 meters...Earned All-State honors on three separate occasions...Holds school records in the 400 meters, 800 meters, 4x400 meter relay and the 4x800 meter relay...Member of the National Honor Society, Student Council and the International Thespian Society.
