2018 Outdoors: Started the season with five consecutive top-five finishes… Earned a regional-qualifying time in the 1,500 meters at the Cardinal Classic with a time of 4:24.96… Raced at the Big 12 Championships in the 800 meters and came in 11th place… Made it to the West Regional and qualified to the regional final… Came in 19th at the West Regional 1,500-meter final.
2018 Indoors: Raced four times for OSU… Started her season in the 800 meters at the Razorback Invitational… Ran in the Mile at the Husky Classic… Raced in the 1,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships where she qualified for the final… Finished sixth in the 1,000-meter final, earning her fifth All-Big 12 award.
2017 Cross Country: Raced three times for the Cowgirls… Ran at both events OSU hosted (the Cowboys Preview and the Cowboy Jamboree)… Finished 56th at the Big 12 Championships.
2017 Outdoors: Attended only the Stanford Invitational, where she competed in the 800 meters and finished 46th and finished 12th in the 1,500 meters.
2017 Indoors: Took the track four times… Competed in the 600 yards, 800 and 3,000 meters and mile… Came in at 34th in the 3,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships and ran a personal best of 10:13.83… Best finish came at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational where she ran a personal best in the 600 yards with a time of 1:26.39.
2016 Cross Country: Suited up three times for the Cowgirls… Competed at the Cowboy Duals, Cowboy Jamboree and Penn State Open… Best finish of the season came at Cowboys Duals where she finished 14th.
2016 Outdoors: Qualified for the West Preliminary Rounds in the 1,500-meter run in her first outdoor season with a personal best 4:22.77... Earned her first outdoor all-conference honor with a fifth-place finish in the 1,500.
2016 Indoors: Won her second-straight Big 12 title in the distance medley relay, this time as an anchor-leg for the Cowgirls... Also scored for OSU in the mile, finishing seventh at the conference championships.
2015 Cross Country: Made one appearance for the Cowgirls at the Cowboy Jambore where she finished 50th.
2015 Outdoors: Did not compete.
2015 Indoors: Enjoyed a breakout season for the Cowgirls that ended with a second-team All-America honor in the one mile run... Won a Big 12 title with the distance medley relay team and scored for OSU in the open mile, finishing third... Ran a career best 4:40.69 mile at the Husky Classic to claim the fourth fastest time in school history.
2014 Cross Country: Ran at the Cowboy Jamboree and finished with a time of 19:12.48.
High School: Led Hotchkiss HS to two Colorado 2A state championships in cross country, while grabbing nine individual state titles on the track...Capped off her senior year with four first-place finishes at the state meet (400 meters, 800 meters, 1,600 meters and 4x400 meter relay)...Holds Colorado state meet records in the 400 meters, 800 meters and 1,600 meters...Also owns school records in six seperate events...Finished her high school career with six combined All-State honors in cross country and track...Graduated from Hotchkiss HS as the class valedictorian and Student Body President...Member of the National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America, College for Every Student and the school band.
