• Started 104 games in his career, which tied for the 10th most in school history.
• Finished his career with 1,152 career points, which ranks 31st in school history.
• One of just five Cowboy players to win in every Big 12 Conference road venue.
• Earned his first career Academic All-Big 12 honor with a second-team nod in 2020.

• Knocked down 87.8 percent of his free throw attempts, which ranked second in the Big 12 and 10th in OSU history.
• A veteran of 90 appearances and 75 starts thanks to his versatility, shooting ability and steady ball handling.
• Started 37 consecutive games, including all 32 games of 2018-19.
• Was 42-of-84 (.500) from 3-point in Big 12 play, which ranked second in the conference.

2017-18 (Sophomore Season)

• A mainstay in the Cowboys’ lineup, Waters started 31 times in his 35 appearances.
• Ranked in the top five in seven statistical categories for the Cowboys, including points per game, rebounds per game and assists per game.
• Brought his scoring average up to 8.7 points per game compared to 5.7 points per game his freshman season.
• More than doubled his rebounding average from his freshman season. He grabbed 3.7 rebounds per game in his sophomore campaign, but only hauled in 1.8 rebounds per game in his freshman season.
• Scored in double figures 15 times, including 10 times against conference foes.
• Nailed a go-ahead 3-point shot with 14 seconds remaining to beat No. 19 West Virginia in Morgantown on Feb. 10.
• Scored a career-high 18 points in the Cowboys’ upset victory against Texas Tech on Feb. 21, when he made all six field goal attempts, including four made 3-pointers.
• Had a career-high six assists against Western Kentucky in the third round of the National Invitation Tournament.
• Also put up nine points and grabbed five rebounds against the Hilltoppers.
• Found success against Texas with two games scoring 10 points or more. He shot 62.5 percent (10-for-19) against Texas and made four of his seven 3-point attempts in two games against the Longhorns during his sophomore season.
• Contributed heavily on defense, taking 17 charges for the Cowboys.
• Hauled in a career-high eight rebounds in the Cowboy’s victory against Pittsburgh.
• Scored 17 points and grabbed seven rebounds against Arkansas on Jan. 27.
• Shot 76.8 percent from the free-throw line, a mark good enough for No. 5 on the team (minimum 10 attempts).
2016-17 (Freshman Season)

• Proved an efficient scoring threat thanks to 44.2 percent (19-of-43) shooting from 3-point and a 49.5 percent (46-of-93) clip from the floor.
• Led all OSU newcomers with 5.7 points per game in 23 appearances.
• Earned 12 starts, which are the most by any OSU freshman in 2016-17.
• Big 12 Newcomer of the Week on Feb. 6 after going 5-of-5 from beyond the arc in road wins at Oklahoma and West Virginia.
• Led all players at the Maui Invitational with nine steals in the three games, including a five-steal performance in the win over Georgetown.
• Also hauled in a season-best five rebounds in the Georgetown victory.
• Posted six double-digit scoring games, including a season-high 13 points on 5-of-8 shooting against Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
• Was a perfect 3-of-3 from 3-point for 11 points at Oklahoma, including a key make from the right of the key that gave OSU the lead with 4:36 remaining.
• Earned his first career start in his second career game, the Nov. 14 contest against Central Arkansas.
• Missed 10 games in Big 12 play due to injury, but was 7-of-10 from 3-point in the eight conference games he played in.
• Proved a capable free throw shooter at 71.4 percent (20-of-28).
Norman North High School
• Ranked by Rivals.com as a four-star recruit, and was No. 117 on their list of the top 150 players in the country.
• 247Sports named Waters the No. 3 player in Oklahoma and the No. 20 shooting guard in the country.
• Averaged 14.6 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.1 steals per game as a senior. He shot 50.3 percent from the floor.
• Earned honorable-mention All-State honors by The Oklahoman, as well as first-team All-District 5.
• As a sophomore, Waters poured in 14.1 points on 58.8 percent shooting from the floor, including 48.7 percent from 3-point. He also averaged 9.3 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game.
• Chose to play for the Cowboys over offers from Butler, Cincinnati, Clemson, Harvard, Houston, Iowa State, and Oklahoma among others.

• Named "Indian of the Year" by the American Indian Exposition, one of the nation's oldest and largest intertribal celebrations.
• Celebrates his Kiowa/Cherokee heritage.
• His Kiowa name is "Pao", which means "three".
