2013 Outdoors: Won the 3,000 meter steeplechase (10:35.03) at the Bryan Clay invite by 12 seconds--also broke the stadium and meet records by two seconds ... Took second in the steeple at the John McDonnell Invite, finishing in 10:43.71 ... Just missed out on All-Big 12 honors, finishing 10th in the steeplechase at the conference meet ... Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary in the steeple.
2013 Indoors: Won the 3,000 meters at the Razorback Invitational, in 9:47.93 ... Took second place in the mile at the Wildcat Invitational, finishing in 5:04.39 ... Ran the 3,000 meters in 9:46.20 at the Big 12 Championships, finishing 12th.
2012 Cross Country: Finished in the top 25 in each race she completed ... Ran a 21:40.3 at the Big 12 Championships, finishing 20th and earning All-Big 12 honors ... Finished 10th in the 5,000 meters at the Cowboy Jamboree with a 18:14.88 ... Had another 10th place finish at the Hurricane Festival, running an 11:35 in the two mile race.
2012 Outdoors: Set her personal best in the 5,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational when she ran a 16:56.24, which was good for ninth in her heat ... Placed eighth in the 1,500 meters at the season-opening Tulsa Duels after clocking a 4:54.36.
2012 Indoors: Ran a personal record in the 3,000 meters of 9:47.47 at the Big 12 Championships, which was good for 10th place ... Other 3K times include 9:58.13 at the Tyson Invitational and 9:58.77 at the Razorback Invitational ... Ran a 5:16.51 in the mile at the KSU Invitational to place seventh.
2011 Cross Country: Competed in all six events for the Cowgirls during the 2011 campaign ... Placed 26th at the Big 12 Championships, running the 6,000 meters in a season-best 20:45.9, which is the ninth-best 6,000-meter time in OSU history ... Set a personal best in the 1,500 meters with a 4:35.23 at the Arkansas Twilight, where she finished eighth ... 2010 Indoors: Competed in both the mile and the 3,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships, clocking a personal-best 5:03.97 in the mile to place 13th in the preliminary rounds and a 10:04.58 in the 3,000 meters to place 34th ... Other mile times included a 5:13.73 at the Razorback Invitational and a 5:22.90 at the Wichita State Invitational ... Ran the 3K in 10:13.35 at the Tyson Invitational ...
