Fallah named honorable mention All-Big 12
March 09, 2026 | Cowboy Basketball
Kansas City, Mo. -- A knee injury cost Parsa Fallah the last three games of the regular season, but it wasn't enough to keep him off the all-conference team.
The 6-foot-10 senior from Amol, Iran earned honorable mention All-Big 12 honors Monday afternoon.
Ballots were cast by each of the league's 16 head coaches, who were not permitted to vote for their own players.
Fallah started 26 games for the Cowboys and averaged 14.7 points and team-best 6.0 rebounds. He topped the 20-point mark seven times and posted three double-doubles.
In addition, Fallah's .598 shooting percentage currently ranks second on the conference leaderboard and among the top-25 nationally.
Fallah's season ranks among the most efficient in OSU history. Among players averaging at least 5.0 field goals per game, he ranks fourth on the school's single-season field goal percentage chart as well as second in both effective field goal percentage (.623) and two-point (.627) percentage.
Fallah's signature moment came in an overtime game against TCU when he put back a missed three at the buzzer to force overtime. His season ended less than two weeks later in an overtime win over West Virginia when he injured his knee on a dunk in the closing seconds.
In addition to his senior season at OSU, Fallah played two years at Southern Utah and one at Oregon State, totaling 1,226 points and exactly 500 rebounds. He was a second team All-West Coast Conference performer last year for the Beavers.
The Cowboys meet Colorado Tuesday night in first round action at the Phillips 66 Big 12 Men's Basketball Tournament in Kansas City (8:30 p.m. CT, ESPN+).
