October 13, 2026 | Cowgirl Basketball
STILLWATER – Oklahoma State women's basketball released its start times and TV designations for the 2026-27 season today as the Big 12 Conference announced its full women's basketball schedule Tuesday.
The Cowgirls will feature in 12 nationally televised contests, including two high-profile appearances on major network television: their previously announced Dec. 6 contest at South Carolina on ABC, and a Presidents Day (Feb. 15) home game against Kansas State airing on FOX.
Five Cowgirl contests are earmarked for ESPN or ESPN2, first with a Bedlam clash against Oklahoma on Dec. 12, while three more are slated for FS1.
Big 12 women's basketball TV coverage expands for the 2026-27 season, with CBS Sports joining as a television partner and giving the conference three national broadcast partners for the first time in Big 12 history. The Cowgirls appear in a pair of games set for CBS Sports Network.
OSU's 10 nationally televised league contests are tied for the most in the conference, along with TCU.
The Cowgirls' remaining eight league games will be available on ESPN+. All home regular season contests that were not selected for linear television will also be available on ESPN+.
OSU enters the 2026-27 season as Big 12 favorites for the first time in program history after reeling in the nation's unanimous top-ranked transfer class, featuring two-time Big 12 Preseason Player of the Year Audi Crooks and Big 12 Preseason Newcomer of the Year Liv McGill. The Pokes are coming off a 24-win season last year that saw them advance to their third NCAA Tournament in four years under head coach Jacie Hoyt.
The Cowgirls open their season with a home exhibition against Lanston on Oct. 27, then face Southern in their regular-season opener on Nov. 2 at Gallagher-Iba Arena.
