April 10, 2025 | Cowgirl Equestrian
STILLWATER — Fourteen Oklahoma State equestrian student-athletes earned a spot on the APHA All-Academic teams released Thursday afternoon, with nine earning first-team honors.
This is the fourth consecutive season where OSU equestrian has at least seven first-team selections. Nine first-team selections tie the most in program history.
Tristan Bagby, Abby Budd and June Roberson highlight this year's list of first-team selections, earning the honor for the second consecutive year.
The other six riders were named to the first team for the first time in their careers: graduate Hannah Dodd, junior Mackenzie Carreras and sophomores Ava Bush, Bella Holway, Caroline Mirts and Alana Tietz. It's Carreras' second time to be named to an all-academic team, earning a spot as an honorable mention last year.
Four Cowgirls were selected to the second team, with Riley Hogan landing on the second team for the second-straight year. Senior Peyton Baxter also lands on the second team, making her a two-time all-academic team member.
Bella D'Onofrio and Emma Filiatreau received their first all-academic recognition, rounding out the second team.
Quincee Clark is the lone Cowgirl to earn honorable mention status. It's Clark's third time being named to an all-academic team.
17 more Cowgirls were selected to the NCEA Academic Honor Roll, bringing the total to 31 OSU equestrian student-athletes to earn NCEA academic recognition.
