Cowboys In The NFL: Week 13

STILLWATER – With Week 13 of the NFL regular season now in the books, several Cowboy Football alumni continued to produce for their professional teams.

Fifth-year running back Chuba Hubbard enjoyed a season-best showing in the Carolina Panthers' 31-28 upset victory over the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. The 2019 Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year posted season-highs in carries (17), rushing yards (83), and receiving yards (41).

Hubbard added a 35-yard receiving touchdown to his stat line, marking the second-longest reception of his career behind only a 45-yarder against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Dec. 12, 2022. The Stillwater legend's 124 scrimmage yards led the Panthers, who are now 7-6 and will take their bye week before returning to action against the New Orleans Saints on Dec. 14, at 3:25 p.m. CDT.

Despite Jaylen Warren cashing in on his fourth rushing touchdown of the season, the Pittsburgh Steelers fell, 26-7, to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.

Warren ended the day with 12 touches for 44 yards. His second-quarter score ended up being the Steelers' lone score of the day. Fellow Pro Poke teammate Mason Rudolph saw playing time at quarterback for the fifth game this season. Rudolph, Warren and the Steelers are now 6-6 on the year and look to bounce back in their Week 14 matchup against their AFC North rival Baltimore Ravens at noon on Sunday.

Two pairs of Pro Poke teammates kicked off the week with Thanksgiving Day action on Thursday, as Malcolm Rodriguez and Tyler Lacy of the Detroit Lions narrowly lost, 31-24, to the Green Bay Packers, and Justice Hill and Tylan Wallace of the Baltimore Ravens fell 32-14 to the Cincinnati Bengals.
