Cowgirl Tennis Announces 2026 Spring Schedule

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State's women's tennis team has released its schedule for the upcoming spring season, as was announced by interim head coach Sergey Avdeyev.
The slate is made up of 10 matches at the Greenwood Tennis Center, where the Cowgirls went 11-1 last season.
The Cowgirls will open the season in Lubbock for ITA Kickoff Weekend on Jan. 23-25, looking to advance to the ITA Indoor National Championships, scheduled for Feb. 6-10. OSU will open with Wichita State before taking on Long Beach State or Texas Tech the following day, depending on results.
They will then open their home-slate with Auburn on Jan. 30, as two more home matches will follow that. The Cowgirls will take on Michigan, who defeated the Cowgirls in the Elite Eight of the NCAA Championships last season, on Feb. 21 and Ohio State for a fifth-straight year on Feb. 22.
That will lead Oklahoma State into conference play, where it will open with West Virginia and Cincinnati at home on Feb. 27 and March 1. The Cowgirls will then travel to Texas Tech and Colorado on March 6 and 8 for its first Big 12 road matches.
OSU then returns home to host Kansas State on March 14. They are then visited by TCU and Baylor on March 20 and 22. The longest stretch of away matches of the season begins for OSU on March 26 and 28 as they take on Utah and BYU. The stretch continues with trips to Houston on April 3 and UCF on April 5.
The final stretch of Oklahoma State's regular-season slate consists of Kansas and Iowa State making appearances at the GTC on April 10 and 12 to lead the Cowgirls into the postseason.
The 2026 Big 12 Championships will be played on April 15-20 in Orlando and the first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament will be played on May 1-3 at campus locations. NCAA Super Regionals will take place on May 8-10 before the final rounds of the team championships will be played in Orlando on May 13-17.
