Cowgirls No. 2 in Final ITA Team Rankings

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State's women's tennis team came in at No. 2 in the final ITA team rankings of the 2024 season, as was announced on Wednesday.
The top-two finish marks the highest final ranking in program history and is the ninth time in the last 10 seasons that OSU has finished in the top-20.
The Cowgirls finished the year 29-1 including their first-ever ITA Indoor National Championship, first Big 12 regular season title since 2017 and first Big 12 Tournament title since 2016.
Oklahoma State's final resume includes five wins over teams in the top-10 and 11 wins over teams in the top-25. The 29-match win streak was one of many program records set during the 2024 campaign.
Ange Oby Kajuru and Anastasiya Komar are still competing in the NCAA Individual Championships this week at the Greenwood Tennis Center in Stillwater. Kajuru will play in the singles Sweet 16 on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. while the pair will compete in the doubles Sweet 16 at 4 p.m.
