Cowgirl Softball Continues Climb Among Top-10

STILLWATER – The Oklahoma State Softball team continued its ascent in the nation's top-10 following the fifth week of Big 12 play. The Cowgirls are ranked No. 5 by ESPN.com/USA Softball and No. 5 by D1Softball Top 25. OSU also comes in at No. 3 in Softball America Top 25.

The Cowgirls grabbed a midweek win in Denton over North Texas, 2-1, before sweeping Houston on the road this past weekend. The Cowgirls outscored the Cougars by a combined margin of 24-3 on the weekend.

Oklahoma State heads home for a midweek rematch with Tulsa at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, before heading to Ames, Iowa, for a three-game set with Iowa State from April 12-14.
