Series History: Cowboys Renew Series that Spans 89 Years

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State and Texas Tech will meet for the 51st time on Saturday in a series that dates back to 1935.
The two teams will renew the series after having played in 27 straight seasons prior to a break last year. The Cowboys lead the all-time series 24-23-3, including wins in 12 of the last 14 matchups.
OSU is 14-8 in games played in Stillwater, with wins in nine of the last 10. Mike Gundy is 14-4 in his career against the Red Raiders while TTU coach Joey McGuire is 0-1 against the Cowboys.
Oklahoma State got a 41-31 win in the most recent matchup in 2022 behind two rushing touchdowns and one passing score from Spencer Sanders.
Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. on Saturday at Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater with the game to be broadcast on ESPN+ and carried live on the Cowboy Radio Network.
