Cowboys in the NFL: Week Eight
October 29, 2024 | Cowboy Football
STILLWATER – A number of former Oklahoma State Football standouts delivered impressive performances in last week's NFL games. Here's a recap of the highlights:
Once again, former Cowboy Chuba Hubbard made an impact for the Carolina Panthers last week, accounting for 71 total all-purpose yards in a tough 28-14 loss against the Denver Broncos. Hubbard contributed 56 yards on the ground and added 15 yards on a pair of receptions. He'll look to bounce back to his standard at noon on Sunday as the Panthers welcome the New Orleans Saints to town.
With another week as the starter under his belt, former Poke Mason Rudolph delivered another solid performance for the Tennessee Titans. Rudolph completed 22 passes on 38 attempts, good for 266 yards and a touchdown, while he rushed for 29 yards and a touchdown. Rudolph aims to carry the momentum from his solid day into this week's contest, a home matchup against the New England Patriots at noon on Sunday.
With his Pittsburgh Steelers taking center stage on Monday Night Football, Jaylen Warren didn't disappoint, turning in another workman-like performance in a 26-18 win over the New York Giants. Warren's day included 46 yards on nine carries and another 13 yards on two receptions. After a bye week this week to rest up, Warren will hope to build on that performance against the Washington Commanders at noon on Sunday, Nov. 10, in Washington.
