Cowgirl Softball’s Schedule Released for Puerto Vallarta College Challenge

STILLWATER – The Oklahoma State Softball schedule is coming together as the first slate of games was announced today for the Puerto Vallarta College Challenge in Mexico where the Cowgirls will compete from Feb. 6-8.
The Cowgirls will open their season against 2023 Women's College World Series Runners-Up Florida State at 10 a.m. CT on Feb. 6. The Pokes and Seminoles have met 18 times in the programs' history as OSU holds the series advantage, 15-13. The two teams will meet again at 7 p.m. CT on Feb. 8 to wrap up the tournament.
OSU will face off against Louisiana Tech at 4 p.m. CT on Feb. 7 for just the 15th time in the school's history, and only the second time since 2000. The Bulldogs finished with a 32-22 record last season and was third in Conference USA standings.
After squaring off in last year's NCAA Stillwater Regional, the Cowgirls and Northern Colorado will meet again in Puerto Vallarta at 7 p.m. CT on Feb. 7. OSU leads the series against the Bears, 8-0.
