• Oklahoma State rolled out a starting lineup of Javon Small, Bryce Thompson, Quion Williams, Eric Dailey Jr. and Brandon Garrison for the ninth consecutive game.

• Each Cowboys starter made a basket to enter the under-16 media timeout ahead, 11-3, on 5-of-7 shooting.Â
• After a 6-0 stretch from the Red Raiders, the Cowboys replied with their own. In the stretch, Thompson absorbed contact for a left-handed layup, Garrison hammered down a dump-off pass from Small and Williams posted a steal and slam.
• OSU missed eight straight following the slam, allowing TTU to come within one, 20-19

• Texas Tech took a double-digit lead in the first 90 seconds of the second half and held its double-digit margin for the rest of play.
