Cowgirl Softball Collects Top-15 Preseason Ranking

STILLWATER – The Oklahoma State softball team is No. 11 in the ESPN/USA Softball Preseason Top 25, it was announced today.
Today's ranking marks the highest for the Cowgirls after slotting in at No. 12 and No. 14 in the D1Softball and Softball America top 25, respectively. With this year's set of preseason rankings, it marks the seventh straight year OSU will begin the season inside the top 25.
OSU returns four starters from a group that finished with a 47-16 record in 2023 and secured a fourth straight Women's College World Series appearance.
Since 2021, Oklahoma State has tallied 143 wins, which trails only Oklahoma, Florida State and UCLA.
The Cowgirls begin the season Feb. 8 on the road against Cal State Northridge.
