Cowboys In Action This Weekend At Stitch Intercollegiate

RALEIGH, N.C. – Oklahoma State's men's golf team will be in action this weekend at the Stitch Intercollegiate at Lonnie Poole Golf Course.

The 54-hole event is slated to get underway on Friday with 36 holes beginning at 8:30 a.m. (EST) with a shotgun start. The final round will get underway Saturday morning at the par-71, 7,209-yard layout.

The Cowboys will be one of 17 teams in action and will be grouped with tournament host N.C. State, UNC Greensboro and Duke.

OSU's starting five for the tournament will consist of fifth years Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen and Leo Oyo, senior Hazen Newman and juniors Jonas Baumgartner and Bo Jin.

The Cowboys are coming off consecutive top-five finishes after a fourth-place showing at the N.I.T. in Arizona before finishing fifth last weekend at the Augusta Haskins Award Invitational.

Neergaard-Petersen led the way in OSU's most recent outing, finishing seventh.
