STILLWATER – Oklahoma State has added to its strong recruiting class with the signing of Canadian defender Chloé Joseph.
A native of Laval, Quebec, Canada, Joseph is the 10th freshman in OSU's 2023 class, while the Cowgirls also added Seton Hall transfer Grace Gordon.
"We are very excited to add Chloé to our roster – she is a wonderful student-athlete who will enhance our program immediately," said OSU head coach Colin Carmichael. "She is a very dynamic and aggressive defender who loves to compete. Her speed and physicality will help her to make an impact for us in the Big 12, and I can't wait to welcome her to Stillwater this summer."
A member of the U-20 Haitian national team, Joseph helped lead Haiti to the quarterfinals of the 2022 Women's CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship.
Joseph starred at the club level for FC Laval, helping it to a fourth-place league finish last season. During her U-16 season, she was named the LSEQ MVP.
At the high school level, Joseph was named to the 2022 all-star team for the RSEQ season and the Canadians Collegiate Championship as she helped lead College Ahuntsic in Montreal to a provincial championship as well as a Canadians Collegiate title.
