Game Flow

John-Michael Wright scored the Cowboys' first two points off of a steal and transition layup.
OSU made three of its five attempts from the floor, but Baylor shot 58% from the floor and 50% from three to take a 19-12 lead.
The Cowboys went on a quick 6-0 run, powered by three Tyreek Smith offensive rebounds that led to four second-chance points. Baylor leads 19-16 with 7:45 remaining until halftime.

Game Notes

Head coach Mike Boynton went with Caleb Asberry, Bryce Thompson, John-Michael Wright, Kalib Boone and Woody Newton as the starting-five for the eighth-straight game.
