STILLWATER – Former Oklahoma State football standouts continued to leave their mark on the NFL this past weekend during the sixth week of the regular season. A look at some of the highlights:
Justice Hill made the trip across the pond with his Baltimore Ravens as they took on the Tennessee Titans in London, England, for Sunday's first matchup of the day. Hill averaged 4.4 yards per carry as the former Cowboy rushed for 35 yards on eight attempts, helping lead his Ravens to a 24-16 win over the Titans.
Two former Pokes took the field against each other on Sunday afternoon as the Miami Dolphins and Carolina Panthers faced off, with Tyreek Hill and Chuba Hubbard each taking the field for their respective teams.
Hill and his Dolphins improved to 5-1 as they took down the Panthers, 42-21, with Hill notching six receptions for 163 yards and a touchdown. Hill and the Dolphins offense have taken the NFL by storm, as the Dolphins are the only team so far this season to eclipse over 200 points scored throughout the season.
Chuba Hubbard put in a solid performance for the Carolina Panthers, as the Edmonton, Canada, native rushed for 88 yards and logged his first touchdown of the season, a six-yard rush.
Former Cowboy linebacker Amen Ogbongbemiga came up huge for the Los Angeles Chargers in the league's final game of the week, on Monday Night Football. Following a muffed punt from the Dallas Cowboys, Ogbongbemiga quickly hopped on the ball to give the Chargers the ball back with over eight minutes remaining in the game. Monday night's fumble recovery marked the first professional fumble recovery of his career.
