IRVING, Texas – Oklahoma State's Olyvia Dowell is the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week for Week One.
The Cowgirls' senior forward tallied a conference-best three goals in the first week of the 2022 season to lead OSU to wins over Omaha and Missouri State.
Dowell recorded a league-high nine shots on the week, with four of those on goal. In the season opener, her goal tied the game at 1-1 in the second half in a game the Cowgirls went on to win 2-1, and she followed that with a brace against Missouri State as she scored a pair of second-half goals.
With her three goals, Dowell moved into the top 10 on OSU's career goals list as she now has 26, which ranks ninth all time in program history. She also moved to within two points of reaching the top 10 on the Cowgirls' all-time list in that category.
