Game Flow
- Oklahoma was able to jump out to a 20-13 first half lead with a 9-0 run with less than 9 minutes to play in the half.Â
- Despite the early Sooner run, the Cowboys were able to answer with a 10-3 run of their own to knot the game at 23 with less than 5 minutes. That propelled them to a 29-28 halftime lead.
- OU regained the lead early in the second half, but OSU combatted that with a 13-2 run to take a 42-34 lead at the half's midway point.
- After taking the lead, the Cowboys never looked back and went on to win.
- Kalib and Keylan Boone, Tulsa natives, combined for 22 points in the win over OU on Saturday. In total, Oklahoma natives accounted for 41Â of OSU's points in the in-state rivalry win.Â
- The Cowboy defense was able to hold the Sooners to 37.7 percent shooting from the field. Coming into the game, OU ranked 15th in the country in field goal percentage shooting 48.5 percent.Â
- Avery Anderson III tied his career-high with four steals Saturday, which marked the 12th time in 13 games that at least one Cowboy has tallied at least 3 steals. The streak consists of five different players in Avery Anderson III, Rondel Walker, Bryce Williams, Keylan Boone, and Isaac Likekele.
- Kalib Boone, Keylan Boone, Moussa Cisse, and Rondel Walker scored in double digits Saturday against OU. It marked the fifth time this season and the first in Big 12 play that Oklahoma State has had at least four double-digit scorers.Â
- Isaac Likekele moved up to a tie for 6th on the all-time assists with his six assists Saturday. His 420 career assists ties Darwyn Alexander.
- Oklahoma State continued the trend of dominating in the paint, as they outscored OU 34-32. It marked the 16th time in 22 games OSU has scored more than its foe in the paint.
- Was its fourth-straight victory in a series that dates back to 1908.Â
- Gave OSU's its longest winning streak over the Sooners since it won five-consecutive games between 1964-1965.Â
- Improved the Cowboys to 66-46 in Stillwater in the series.Â
- Is the longest-winning streak for either team in the series since 2016.
- OSU has forced at least 10 turnovers 151 times under Mike Boynton.
