Cowboy Basketball Wins Exhibition Over Ouachita Baptist, 85-51

STILLWATER – Moussa Cisse stuffed the stat sheet for Oklahoma State in an 85-51 exhibition victory scoring 15 points, grabbing 17 rebounds, blocking four shots and swiping three steals.
Oklahoma State used an early 10-0 run to build up to a 24-8 lead early in the first half and extended the lead to 21 as it entered the halftime break ahead of the Tigers, 43-22.
Avery Anderson III, Bryce Thompson, Kalib Boone, Moussa Cisse and Woody Newton all scored double digit point totals in the exhibition contest.
As a team, the Cowboys shot 56.5 percent from the floor on the night, while holding Ouachita Baptist to 33.8 percent.
Oklahoma State's height advantage was clear as it dominated the glass and outrebounded OBU, 48-25.
Cisse and Boone combined to be a monstrous frontcourt duo, shooting a combined 11-14 that included seven dunks.
Three newcomers made their debut for the Cowboys. John-Michael Wright, Caleb Asberry and freshman Quion Williams each played their first minutes in a Cowboy uniform.
Thursday's win marks the Pokes' 34th consecutive win in exhibition games.
