STILLWATER, Okla. ---- Oklahoma State men's basketball suffered its first loss of the season Thursday night against Southern Illinois, 61-60, in Gallagher-Iba Arena.

The Cowboys led for almost 27 minutes, but Marcus Domask's three with :22 remaining gave the Salukis their first lead since the 8:06 mark in the first half.

Bryce Thompson tied for the team-lead in points for the second straight game with 14, but missed a jumper with :04 remaining that would have given the Cowboys the game-winning advantage.

Moussa Cisse recorded a double-double with 11 points and 15 rebounds, a new career-high in rebounds for the 7-footer.

Avery Anderson III scored 14 and Caleb Asberry added 13 of his own, including three makes from beyond the arc.

The Cowboys will be back in action on Sunday, Nov. 13 at 2 p.m. CT to take on Oakland on the road.
