Spirit Squad Fundraiser

Thank you for your interest in helping support the Spirit Group at Oklahoma State University! The Spirit Group encompasses the OSU Cheerleaders, OSU Pom squad, and Pistol Pete. While all of the students dedicate a significant portion of their time in supporting OSU athletics, representing the University at selected events, and competing for OSU in national competition, none of the athletes receive a scholarship as part of their commitment. Your contribution to the Spirit Group can help create an endowed scholarship fund which can help support future members for years to come.

Notable Facts regarding the Spirit Groups

Collectively, the Spirit Squad members volunteer approximately 1,400 hours of community service per year.
Currently, 90 percent of the Spirit Squad members have maintained a 3.00 or better GPA, and more than half have maintained a 3.50 GPA.
The cheer team has placed in the top three or better at NCA College Nationals every year since 2005.
Two-thirds of the Cheerleading team are out-of-state students and are unable to receive in-state tuition.
Most members of the Spirit Group also rely on holding down a part-time job.

The Cheerleading team is a competitive team within the Spirit Group. Each year, the student-athletes work hard to represent OSU well at the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) College Nationals. You can provide additional support by donating to specific costs associated with national competition. Yearly costs include:

Travel
Apparel and uniforms
Music
Choreography
Team meals while traveling

Any donation received will directly help these cheer team members receive a travel experience to the National Championship that they deserve!
