Cowboys Rise to No. 11 in Polls

STILLWATER – The Oklahoma State football team rose four spots to No. 11 in both the Associated Press Top 25 and the USA Today Coaches Poll released Sunday.
The Cowboys moved up after a dominating 55-3 Homecoming win against Kansas, marking OSU's largest point total and margin of victory this season.
The Pokes are one of three Big 12 teams represented in the top-15 of the polls. Oklahoma is ranked No. 4 in both polls, while Baylor sits at No. 14 in the AP poll and No. 13 in the coaches poll.
The first edition of the College Football Playoff rankings will be announced on Tuesday, November 2 at 6 p.m. CT. OSU has been part of the CFP rankings in five of the past six seasons entering 2021.
Oklahoma State will travel to Morgantown to face West Virginia, who defeated No. 22 Iowa State on Saturday. The Cowboys and Mountaineers will kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT on ESPN.
