Oklahoma State Up to No. 11 in AP Poll and No. 12 in Coaches Poll

STILLWATER – The Oklahoma State football team rose four spots in both major polls Sunday as it was voted No. 11 in the Associated Press Top 25 and No. 12 in the USA TODAY Coaches Poll.
It marks the highest ranking for the Cowboys by the AP since week 10 of the 2017 season, when they were also tabbed as the No. 11 team.
OSU is one of three Big 12 teams in this week's AP poll, which also includes No. 3 Oklahoma and No. 9 Texas. Baylor, West Virginia, TCU, Iowa State and Texas Tech are also receiving votes.
The Cowboys open the 2020 season on Saturday, hosting Tulsa in Boone Pickens Stadium at 11 a.m. on ESPN.
