Williams, Kouma Join Cowboy Basketball Top-10 Signing Class
July 02, 2020 | Cowboy Basketball
STILLWATER – Coach Mike Boynton fortified Oklahoma State's top-10 signing class with the additions of Ole Miss guard Bryce Williams and 6-10 forward Bernard Kouma.
Williams and Kouma join a Cowboy class ranked No. 4 by Rivals, and features the 2020 Naismith High School Player of the Year, Cade Cunningham, who was named the nation's top recruit according to ESPN, 247Sports, Rivals, USA Today, MaxPreps and Ball Is Life.
But the class hardly stops there. Four-star OKC guard Rondel Walker joins two-time BioSteel All-Canadian Player of the Year Matthew-Alexander Moncrieffe, as well as Nebraska's Mr. Basketball, Donovan Williams. Graduate transfer Ferron Flavors Jr. led the WAC in 3-point shooting last season, and Montreal Pena is a three-star forward listed among the top-40 players at his position nationally.
The Cowboy returners are led by All-Big 12 guard Isaac Likekele, who was a USA Basketball teammate with Cunningham at the 2019 FIBA U19 World Cup. Kalib and Keylan Boone, Avery Anderson III and Chris Harris Jr. all return for their sophomore seasons in 2020-21.
OSU is slated to open the season on Nov. 10 against Green Bay in Gallagher-Iba Arena. Season tickets are on sale now starting at just $150. Click here for more details.
