• Oklahoma State finished the 2019 season with a 16-3-3 record.
• OSU captured the seventh Big 12 Conference championship in program history, winning the regular season title with a 7-1-1 mark. The Cowgirls opened league play 0-1-1 before reeling off seven consecutive wins to claim the crown. It marked the program's fourth regular season championship and second in the last three years.
• The Cowgirls earned the 12th bid to the NCAA Women's Soccer Championship in program history and advanced to the second round for the ninth time.
• OSU went 10-0-1 at Neal Patterson Stadium, marking the seventh time in program history the Cowgirls finished a season undefeated on their home field. Seven of their wins at home came via shutout, and they did not allow a goal in their first five home matches.
• The Cowgirls posted an eight-game winning streak during one stretch, OSU's longest win streak since 2011 and the fifth-longest winning streak in program history.
• OSU was ranked in the national polls for the final 12 weeks of 2019, peaking at No. 9 on Nov. 5. The Cowgirls were ranked as high as No. 13 in the final polls by TopDrawerSoccer.com and were also ranked 19th by the United Soccer Coaches.
• The Cowgirls' 16 wins tied for the fifth most in a season in program history.
• OSU's 2-1 double overtime win over No. 6 Penn State marked just the fifth time in program history the Cowgirls have beaten a top-10 ranked team on the road.
• Defender Kim Rodriguez was named to the United Soccer Coaches All-America Second Team. She became just the fifth Cowgirl in program history to earn All-American status.
• OSU collected its most all-conference selections since 2011 — and its second most all time — as five Cowgirls garnered All-Big 12 honors.
• Kim Rodriguez and Grace Yochum were named to the All-Big 12 First Team, while Olyvia Dowell, Jaci Jones and Charmé Morgan earned All-Big 12 Second Team honors.
• Olyvia Dowell was named to the Big 12 All-Freshman Team.
• Colin Carmichael was named the Big 12 Coach of the Year for a record sixth time.
• OSU had four players named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Midwest Region Team, the most all-region selections for the Cowgirls since 2011. Kim Rodriguez was named to the All-Midwest Region First Team, Charmé Morgan and Grace Yochum were second-team honorees and Jaci Jones earned third-team accolades. It marked the second consecutive year that Rodriguez earned all-region honors.

• Grace Yochum became just the 12th player in OSU history to record a hat trick when she tallied three goals at Iowa State.
• Dani Greenlee finished her career ranked fourth all time at OSU in goals against average at 0.88, and her 99 saves ranks seventh on the Cowgirls' career list.
• Colin Carmichael reached a milestone with his 200th career win on Oct. 11 with OSU's 2-0 victory at Texas.
• Hannah Webb was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America Third Team. The junior defender is the seventh student-athlete in program history to be named an Academic All-American by CoSIDA.
• Jaci Jones earn Scholar All-West Region Second Team honors from the United Soccer Coaches.
• OSU had 12 student-athletes named to the Academic All-Big 12 Team Soccer Team, with each achieving first-team status. Earning Academic All-Big 12 First Team honors were Madeline Blasko, Dani Greenlee, Elise Hawn, Camy Huddleston, Ally Jackson, Jaci Jones, Julia Lenhardt, Kirsten Siragusa, Hannah Warner, Hannah Webb, Grace Yochum and Barbara Zágonyi.
• OSU earned the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 18th-straight year with a team GPA that exceeded 3.0.
