Cowgirl Soccer’s Webb Named Big 12’s Best

IRVING, Texas – Oklahoma State was represented on the final list of Big 12 Conference weekly award winners as Hannah Webb was named the Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week following her performance against Oklahoma on the final week of the fall season.

A senior for the Cowgirls, Webb helped anchor the defense in OSU's 1-0 win over Bedlam-rival Oklahoma. Webb played all 90 minutes in the contest, helping OSU post its fourth shutout of the season, and she turned in a crucial play in the 68^th minute when she headed a shot off the line for a team save to help preserve the Cowgirls' lead.

Webb joins Emily Plotz (Oct. 27), Kionna Simon (Oct. 6), Olyvia Dowell (Sept. 29) and Grace Yochum (Sept. 22) as Cowgirls to earn Big 12 weekly awards this season.
