- The Oklahoma State defense limited Kansas to 193 yards of total offense in the game. This is the fourth-lowest total allowed by the Cowboys during the Mike Gundy era (since 2005) and the fewest since OSU allowed 175 yards at South Alabama in 2017.
- The first half was dominated by Oklahoma State on both sides of the ball. By halftime, OSU led, 31-0, and held a 362-60 advantage in yards of total offense. The Cowboys scored on five of their seven drives and held Kansas to five three-and-outs and forced an interception. KU snapped the ball only two times on the OSU side of midfield and one of those two snaps resulted in an interception.
